He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Jean Kelly of Canal Winchester, OH; his son Mark A. Kelly (Sarah E.) of Canal Winchester, OH; his grandchildren, Phillip Thomas Kelly of Ohio and Rachel Maxine Kelly of Ohio; his brother Gary L. Kaser (Lynn) of California; his niece Lori Miller (Eric) of Indianapolis; and his nephews, Russell F. Kelly (Sandy) of Texas and Eric Doyle of California.
Visitation will be held on Monday, May 5th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Goodwin Funeral Home (200 S Main St, Frankfort, IN 46041). A funeral service will be held on Monday, May 5th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial donations may be made to the American Heart Association or the Clinton County Cancer Fund.
