He was predeceased by: his parents, James Robert Winn and Charlotte Langsford Winn (Langsford); and his siblings, John Winn, GraceAnn Berry, Dorothy Knartzer and Jimmy Winn.
He is survived by: his wife Donna J. Winn of Zionsville; his children, Stephenie Franco (David Franco) of Westfield, Renee Gamberg (Shey Morehead) of Zionsville and Steven Winn (Andrea Emeish) of Markleville; his grandchildren, Bailee, Joe, Sophie and Mike; and his siblings, Rosemary, Susan, Marilyn, Patti, Barbie and Joe.
A memorial service will be held on Monday, May 19th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Zionsville Fellowship Church (9090 W Oak St, Zionsville, IN 46077).
