He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel L. Banks and Golda Banks (Shelton); his wife Sally Ann Butt; and his brother Daniel Banks, Jr.. He is survived by: his sons, Daniel Banks (Arann) of Brownstown and David Banks of Brownstown; and his grandchildren, Tyler Banks (Amanda Steele) of Indianapolis, Sally Lawson (Jacobi) of Brownstown, Willis Banks (Nathan) of Kansas City and Mitchell Banks (Sara) of Brownstown.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 6th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Spurgeon Funeral Home (206 E Commerce St, Brownstown, IN 47220). A masonic service will be held on Tuesday, May 6th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, May 6th 2025 at 7:30 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, May 7th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Fairview Cemetery (610 N High St, Brownstown, IN 47220).
