He is survived by: his sons, Vernon Sauer II (Marinel) of Lakeville, Kevin Sauer (Brandy) of Lakeville, Darren Sauer (Shana) of Lapaz and Dustin Sauer of Plymouth; and his siblings, Diane Schwede (Bob) of Biscoe and Terry Sauer (Mary) of Goshen. He is also survived by ses 11 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren, 11 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, May 11th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Monday, May 12th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Palmer Funeral Home (601 N Michigan St, Lakeville, IN 46536). A funeral service will be held on Monday, May 12th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, May 12th 2025 at the Bremen Cemetery (100 E 2nd St, Bremen, IN 46506).
