He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Smith and Geraldine Smith; and his brother Mark Smith. He is survived by: his wife Vicki Smith (Rankin); his children, Michelle Allen (Smith) and Michael Smith; his daughter-in-law Megan Smith (Patterson); his grandchildren, Connor Allen, Lillian Smith, Claire Smith and Brady Smith; and his siblings, Sandy Duffie (Smith) and Dwight Smith.
Viewing will be held on Friday, May 9th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Indiana Funeral Care - Greenwood Chapel (2433 E Main St, Greenwood, IN 46143). A memorial service will be held on Friday, May 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In a testament to his generous spirit, the family is requesting that, in lieu of flowers, donations be made in his memory to the Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation.
