She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Schieman and Margaret Schieman; her brother Richard; and her grandson Austin. She is survived by: her son Richard Schieman (Dick); her spouse Jerry Brownfield; her friend Louisville; her children, Gary, Doug, Lisa and Susan; her children-in-law, Bill, Carrie and Joe; and her grandchildren, Ashley, Alexa, Brittany, Abbey, Brooke and Alana.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 15th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, May 16th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Feeney-Hornak Shadeland Mortuary (1307 Shadeland Ave, Indianapolis, IN 46219). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, May 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Holy Spirit Catholic Church (7243 E 10th St, Indianapolis, IN 46219). A procession will be held on Friday, May 16th 2025 at the Our Lady of Peace Cemetery (9001 Haverstick Rd, Indianapolis, IN 46240).
