He is survived by: his wife Angie Ragland Whitley; his children, Amanda Whitley and Bill Whitley (Haley); his grandchildren, Domineack, Daylan Sedam, Kayden, Austin, Emme and Ophelia Whitley; and his sisters, Linda Whitley and Verna Scott (Butch).
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 13th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Legacy Cremation & Funeral Services (1604 W Morris St, Indianapolis, IN 46221). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, May 13th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
