With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sherry Hickman (Indianapolis, Indiana), who passed away on May 9, 2025 at the age of 58. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Sherry departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Sherry. Though Sherry may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her father Jerry Hickman; and her sister Marisa Clayton. She is survived by: her mother Norma Hickman; her siblings, Jerry Lee Hickman, Melinda Gutshall and Kim Wren; her daughter Megan Engle; and her grandchildren, Zachary, Jeremy, Cole and Scarlett.
A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, May 20th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Calendar Crossroads Baptist Church (1120 S Arlington Ave, Indianapolis, IN 46203).
