With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Roger Dale Elamon (Greenwood, Indiana), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 14, 2025 at the age of 77. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Elamon and Madie Elamon (Allen); and his brother James Elamon. He is survived by: his sister Brenda Kammerer; his stepbrothers, Harry Duarte and Michael Duarte; his sister-in-law Iris Elamon; his wife Sandy Elamon; his sons, Gordon Elamon (Michele) of Indianapolis and Toney Elamon of Shelbyville; and his grandchildren, Dylan Elamon (Taylor), Emily Elamon (Phil), Ashley Reno (Stephie), Justine Perrin, Kristian Leach (Lauren) and Tyler Leach. He is also survived by 8 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 21st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Indiana Funeral Care - Greenwood Chapel (2433 E Main St, Greenwood, IN 46143). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, May 21st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Indiana Funeral Care (2433 E Main St, Greenwood, IN 46143). A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, May 21st 2025 from 2:30 PM to 3:00 PM at the Fairland Cemetery (4378 N 400 W, Fairland, IN 46126).
