She was predeceased by: her parents, William Horace and Zola K. Shipley (Werking); her brother Marshall Shipley; and her great grandchildren, Peyton, Brooklyn and Hunter.
She is survived by: her children, Robert Gene Roach (Mary Brown-Roach) of Indianapolis and Melinda Jeffers of Cambridge City; her grandchildren, Travis Roach, Kimmy Roach and Michael Keller; and her close friend Teresa Allen.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 22nd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Hinsey-Brown Funeral Service (3406 S Memorial Dr, New Castle, IN 47362). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, May 22nd 2025 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the same location.
