He is survived by: his children, Teresa Korschot (late Darrell) of Goodland, Gerald Schneidt (Rebecca) of Indianapolis, Catherine McCart (late Loy) of Athens, IL, Grace Schneidt Bush (late Thomas) of Scottsburg, Daniel Schneidt, Dale Schneidt (Janet) of Lafayette, Christine Herre (Rodney) of Rensselaer, Mary McLaughlin (Jay) of Idaville and Loretta Wetli (Steven) of Lafayette. He is also survived by his 23 grandchildren, 43 great-grandchildren, and 3 great-great- grandchildren.
A rosary will be held on Sunday, June 8th 2025 from 12:45 PM to 1:00 PM at the Foster-Clapper Funeral Home - Wolcott (202 W School St, Wolcott, IN 47995). Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 8th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Monday, June 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church (124 N New York St, Remington, IN 47977). A burial will be held on Monday, June 9th 2025 at the St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery of Reynolds (601 S Kenton St, Reynolds, IN 47980).
