He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Floyd Franklin and Margaret Wiese (Galante); his wife Paula Medley; his daughters, Heather Cary (Kevin Foster) of Indianapolis and Jennie Sloop (Kurt) of Washington, D. C.; and his grandchildren, Austin Cary (Cassie), Mason Cary (Darian), Ella Jean Sloop and Audrey Lynn Sloop.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 27th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Flanner Buchanan Funeral Home (5463 Kentucky Ave, Indianapolis, IN 46221). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, May 27th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
