We are sad to announce that on May 22, 2025, at the age of 64, Frieda Knight of Indianapolis, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Fields and Vina Fields (Lewis); her siblings, Eugene Fields, Ervin Keith Fields, Gregory Greg, Kenneth Fields, Curtis Fields and Loretta Chatham; her brothers-in-law, Dana Chatham and Rick Knight; and her pets, Dusty and Starly.
She is survived by: her husband Walter Steven Knight of Indianapolis; her stepchildren, Walter Steven Knight Jr. (Kim) of Indianapolis and Shannon Conger (Charlie) of Florida; and her siblings, Gerald, Oliver Fields of Rushville and Audrey Fields (Barry) of Cross Plains. She is also survived by several grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 27th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Laws-Carr-Moore Funeral Home (707 S Main St, Milan, IN 47031). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, May 27th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
Memorials may be given in honor of Frieda to Ripley County Humane Society.
