She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilbur E. Copple and Mildred F. Palmerton Copple; her husband Robert R. Evans; her children, Rita Jones and David Evans; and her grandsons, Kenneth Robert Evans and David Allen Barrett.
She is survived by: her children, Joan McDivitt (Tim) of Connersville, Cindy Barrett (Kenneth) of Indianapolis, Cathy Whitecotton (Jerry), Danny Evans (Jay) and Michael Evans (Janice) of Connersville; her son-in-law Jeff Jones of Connersville; and her grandchildren, Janny Steele, Jeffrey Jones, Julie Spallinger, Benjamin Rowland, Jayma Bauer, Robert Barrett, Brandon Whitecotton, Veronica Hamilton, Danielle, Luke, Shawn, Eric and Connor Evans. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and her church family.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 10th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Showalter Blackwell Long Funeral Home- Connersville (920 N Central Ave, Connersville, IN 47331). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, July 11th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Gabriel Catholic Church (232 W 9th St, Connersville, IN 47331).
