She was predeceased by: her parents, William Long and Verna Long; her husband Lewis E. Matchett; and her children, Bruce Matchett and Susie Finnegan.
She is survived by: her son Steve Matchett of Indianapolis, Indiana; and her grandchildren, Shane Finnegan (Karen) of Muncie, Ryan Finnegan (Jessica) of Spokane, Rachael Taylor (Adam) of Noblesville, Daniel Matchett (Cara) of Indianapolis and Brandon Matchett (Cheryl Tawil) of Indianapolis, Indiana.. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 11th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Eden Church (11205 IN-3, Muncie, IN 47303). A funeral service will be held on Friday, July 11th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
