She is survived by: her mother Brenda Phelps (Eagan) of Bedford; her daughters, Susan Marie Mitchell (Roger) of Mooresville and Mary Ruth Smith of Martinsville; her close friend Roger Smith; her siblings, Tamara Hartley (Brian) of Mooresville and John David Manzenberger of Indianapolis; her grandsons, Blake, Brett McClusky and Broden Mitchell; her great grandchild Kinzely Mae McClusky; her pet Millie; and also Heather McClusky (Rodney) of Martinsville. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Neal & Summers Funeral and Cremation Center (110 E Poston Rd, Martinsville, IN 46151). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
