He is survived by: his children, Brooke E. Sands (Jeff) of Marion, IN, Matthew T. Bastin (Tonya) of Muncie, IN and Todd A. Bastin of Indianapolis; his grandchildren, Dakota Bastin (Logan), Kelsey (Daniel), Trevor Smith, Kylie Smith (Brian), Logan Smith, Levi Smith (Marah Shaffer), Lyla Smith and Lance Sands; his great grandchildren, Arabelle Shook and Ryker Peacock; and his sister Shirley (Donny). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
