He was predeceased by: his parents, Bertha Kinser and Carroll Cooley; his wife Willie Mae Cooley (Towe); his sister Mary Messer; his grandson David Cooley; and his son-in-law William Carter.
He is survived by: his brother Ray Brunnemer.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, July 20th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Flanner Buchanan Funeral Home (5463 Kentucky Ave, Indianapolis, IN 46221). A funeral service will be held on Monday, July 21st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
