She is survived by: her spouse George'Jake'Lewis Espy; her children, Gene McCullough and David Cook; her stepchildren, Randy McCullough, April McCullough, Teri McCullough, Lee Jay McCullough and Kyle Cook; and her children, Gerald "Jerry" Espy (Lorraine) and Jennifer "Jenny" Sandifer (Paul).
A graveside service will be held on Monday, July 21st 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Oaklawn Memorial Gardens (9700 Allisonville Rd, Indianapolis, IN 46250).
