He was predeceased by: his parents, Arvin Hobaugh and Alice Hobaugh (Devine); and his wife Jill Hobaugh. He is survived by: his children, Lynn Hicks, Robert Hobaugh (Kim), Kimberly Fannin, Alice Mendez (Angel) and Jeryn Crouch (Joni Shelton). He is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Oaklawn Memorial Gardens (9700 Allisonville Rd, Indianapolis, IN 46250). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 3:30 PM at the same location.
