Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Janice Lee Mendenhall of Terre Haute, Indiana, who passed away at the age of 83, on August 1, 2025. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Riley McDaniel and Laura Esther McDaniel (Pine); and her siblings, Joe Riley McDaniel, Charles Riley McDaniel, Arnold Ray "Buddy" McDaniel, Wanda Lorraine Wolf, Virginia Lou Webber and Patricia Joan Mitchell.
She is survived by: her sister Faye Baize (Don) of Dugger; the father of her children George Mendenhall of Owensburg; and her children, Kenneth Mendenhall (Jennifer) of Bloomfield, Duane Mendenhall (Kim Meikle) of Bloomfield, Mike Mendenhall (Debbie George) of Indianapolis, Lynette Kolcun (John) of Fishers and Andrew Mendenhall (Mel) of Mooresville. She is also survived by eighteen grandchildren, fifteen great grandchildren and many extended family.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Fitzpatrick Funeral Home (220 North 3rd Street, West Terre Haute, IN 47885). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the ASPCA.
