She was predeceased by: her parents, Victor Bledsoe and Alberta Bledsoe Napier (Shields); and her daughter Peggine Rose. She is survived by: her husband Charles Johnson of Orleans; her daughter Tina Applegate of Salem; her grandchildren, Kyle Rose (Cassie) of Salem, Nicole Blasdel (Brandon) of Petersburg and Phillip Applegate of Indianapolis; her great grandchildren, Estes Rose, Breckson Rose and Alora Blasdel; and her sisters, Marsha Jackson of Florida and Jeanie Lewellyn (Gene) of Pekin. She is also survived by several step-grandchildren and one step-great-grandchild.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Mitchell Wesleyan Church (211 W Frank St, Mitchell, IN 47446). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 at the Fairview Cemetery (680 W Jefferson St, Orleans, IN 47452).
