He was predeceased by: his parents, Ellsworth Landon Olcott of Indianapolis and Lucile Elizabeth Nusbaum Olcott of Richmond, IN.; his wife Barbara Allyn Harvey Olcott; and his brothers, Richard Lee Olcott and John Ellsworth Olcott.
He is survived by: his daughter Kathryn Olcott (John Egenes) of Port Chalmers, NZ; his granddaughter Kristin Grindle (Matthew); his great grandchildren, Scarlett, Julian of Stamford, CT, Richard Olcott (Cheryl) of Parkersburg, WV and Patricia Shaw (Daniel) of Southlake, TX; and also, Joshua, Landon of Winter Garden, FL, Jessica Yllemo (Fredrik), Max, Norah of Parkersburg, WV, Megan Shaw Previte (Jack), Zoë, Kai of Flower Mound, TX, Morgan (Alice), Sandra Proshek (Tom) of New Prague, MN and Melina Hannula (Matthew).
Tom requested that memorials be directed to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or The Shriner's Hospital for Children.
