He was predeceased by: his parents, Lyman Baker and Myrtle Baker (Miller); his son Danny Baker; and his siblings, Carrol Baker, Jimmy Baker and Mary Lou Smith.
He is survived by: his wife Vera Baker (Robinson) of Camby; his children, David Baker of New Smyrna and Linda Baker Walton of Lansing; and his stepchildren, Steven Miles of Camby and Ellen Sowers of Indianapolis. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; and several great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 7th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Jones Family Funeral and Cremation Service (4165 E Allison Rd, Mooresville, IN 46158). A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, August 7th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Jones Family Mortuary (4165 E Allison Rd, Camby, IN 46113).
