She is survived by: her son Bill Allen (Lori) of Lebanon; her grandchildren, Annika Allen and Jacob Allen; her former husband Gary Allen; and also, Woody Van Note (Misty Moralez) of Indianapolis and Kevin Van Note (Kasey) of Selma.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 15th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Simplicity Funeral & Cremation Care - Indianapolis Chapel (7520 Madison Ave, Indianapolis, IN 46227).
