We are sad to announce that on August 4, 2025, at the age of 62, Patricia (Pat) Eileen Flaherty of Indianapolis, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Flaherty and Joyce Flaherty; and her brother Kevin Flaherty (Kathy). She is survived by: her siblings, Anne Dewey (Grant), Terry Flaherty, Brian Flaherty (Theresa), Tim Flaherty and Katie Followell (Paul).
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 12th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Oakley and Hammond (5342 E Washington St, Indianapolis, IN 46219). A prayer will be held on Tuesday, August 12th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Wednesday, August 13th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the St. Philip Neri Catholic Church (550 N Rural St, Indianapolis, IN 46201). A burial will be held on Wednesday, August 13th 2025 at the St. Joseph Cemetery (2446 S Meridian St, Indianapolis, IN 46225).
