Girton of Culver, Indiana, born in Winamac, Indiana, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 11, 2025 at the age of 83. She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Ivan, Clara Viola Walters (Gilsinger), Earl Ivan and Clara Viola (Gilsinger) Walters; her siblings, Thomas R. Girton, Jean M. Napierkowski White, Lorraine V. Rosenau and John E. Walters, Sr.; her infant brother Stanley E. Walters; her infant sister Mary E. Walters; her siblings, Ralph P. Walters, Jerry L. Walters, Karen E. Floyd and Birdena D. "Wendy" Pearce; her infant brother Billy D. Walters; her brother Donald P. Walters; her former husband Albert R. Girton; her mother-in-law Vera L. Girton (Frank); and her step brother-in-law John Bellinger.
She is survived by: her daughters, Cindy Jirjis (Mark) of Lacon, IL and Lisa A. Girton-Shipp (Susan) of Dallas, TX; her daughter-in-law Julie A. Girton (Maurice Loehmer) of Monterey, IN; her grandchildren, Megan Carter (Matt) of Monterey, IN, Casey Girton (Whitney) of Argos, IN, Brandy Zehner (Mike) of Leiters Ford, IN, Troy Elliott of Fishers, IN and Matthew Elliott (Paula); her sisters, Loretta Nester of Falls Church, VA and JoAnn P. Hero of Monterey, IN; her siblings-in-law, Melvin Girton (Rita) of IN, Donna Taylor (David) of Highland, IN and Dianne Bodnar (Bob) of Winamac, IN; and her Other Conni Bellinger of Sun City West, AZ. She is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
