He was predeceased by: his mother Joan M. Browning (Kattman); the mother of his children Beth Ann Browning (Chupp); his grandparents, William, Irene Kattman, E. Allen and Dorothy Browning; and his siblings-in-law, Mary Susan Meredith, Barbara Snodgress, Thomas Martin Dugan, William F. Robbins and Dr. Wen Wei.
He is survived by: his father Donald E. Browning of Myrtle Beach, SC; his wife Sandra "Sandi" M. Cleaver-Browning (Pruse); his children, Megan Browning of Indianapolis and Jason "J. B." Browning of Greenwood; his stepchildren, Kyle Cleaver (Meredith) of Indianapolis, Heather Wiley (Mike) of Noblesville and Lauren Byrum (David) of Westfield; his siblings, Daniel Lee Browning (Cheri) of Argos, Donna Ann Dugan of Greenwood and Deborah Lynn Browning of Calabash, NC; his grandchildren, Braylen Mitchell Allen Gilpin, Liam, Grayson Wiley, Ella, Griffin Cleaver, Arwen, Daphne and Wesley Byrum; his close friend Charlie Williams of Indianapolis; and his siblings-in-law, Bill Meredith of Morgantown, Cheryel Greulich (Mark) of Richmond, Cathy Ramos (Vince), Georgiann Wei of Ithaca, NY and Doug Snodgress (Nitza) of Warsaw, IN. He is also survived by his children and grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 19th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Highmark Church (9959 126th St, Fishers, IN 46038). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, August 19th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
