He is survived by: his parents, Brenda Chapple and Teddy Verl Wethington; his daughters, Charlea, Aubrey and Adalynn; his close friend Kelly Bush; his great-grandparents, Mildred Chapple and Paul H. Chapple; his grandparents, Ivadean "Dino" Groomer and Paul R. Chapple; his uncles, Dean Groomer and Alan; and his aunt Teresa "NaNa T" Hennis. He is also survived by four brothers and a sister.
Visitation was held on Saturday, August 16th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Newcomer Funeral Home (925 E Hanna Av, Indianapolis, IN 46227). A funeral service was held on Saturday, August 16th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
