She was predeceased by: her parents, Phyllis Carmody (MacDonald) and Thomas Carmody; and her husband Robert. She is survived by: her daughters, Patrice Picard and Kathy Peele; her son-in-law John; her grandchildren, Patrick Gnall, Jeff Picard (Patrick), Jeremy Picard (Megan), Rachel and Christopher Peele; and her great grandchild Olivia Picard.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 29th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Indiana Funeral Care - Indianapolis Chapel (8151 Allisonville Rd, Indianapolis, IN 46250). A graveside service will be held on Friday, August 29th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Our Lady of Peace Cemetery (9001 Haverstick Rd, Indianapolis, IN 46250).
In lieu of flowers her family asks that donations be made to the Alzheimer's society to help fund research to understand and treat this debilitating disease.
