It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rex Miller Barnes (Indianapolis, Indiana), who passed away on August 15, 2025, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Herald Barnes and Hermel Barnes (Lawler); his brothers, Herald Jr., Fred, Roger and Carl; his wife Helen Mae Daugherty; and his son John.
He is survived by: his daughters, Karen Pourcho (Robert) and Lori Welch (Clifford); his grandchildren, Dwayne Barnes, Timothy Barnes, Katheryn Pourcho, John Pourcho (Caitlyn) and Stephen Pourcho (Lauren); and his great grandchildren, Annabelle, Logan, Ruth, Benjamin, Liam and Elizabeth.
