He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Tracy and Edith Tracy; and his sister-in-law Sheila Tracy. He is survived by: his wife Virginia L. Tracy (Waugh); his children, James Dennis Tracy (Deborah), Christina L. Stewart and Colleen Marie Sgroi (Tony); and his siblings, Pat Tracy and Jeanne Siefert (Caren). He is also survived by many grandchildren - nine grandsons, one granddaughter, and one great-granddaughter.
A reception will be held on Saturday, August 30th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 4:30 PM at 10854 Harness Way, Indianapolis, IN 46239.
