She was predeceased by: her father Fred Hartley. She is survived by: her mother Sarah Hartley (Dials) of Huntington; her daughters, Au-Jalique Wade (Devon) of Abington, PA and Michaela Wade (Gage Tomlinson) of South Whitley; her siblings, Ted Chapman of Lagro and TyeAnn Chapman of Indianapolis; and her grandchildren, Nash Wayne Tomlinson and McKinley Marie Tomlinson.
A reception will be held on Friday, August 22nd 2025 from 10:30 AM to 2:00 PM at the Myers Funeral Home Huntington Chapel (2901 Guilford St, Huntington, IN 46750).
