Jacqueline left this world on August 15, 2025 at the age of 89, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. As we bid adieu to Jacqueline's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in her wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Jacqueline has bequeathed us. For though she may have departed from our sight, her spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis Miller and Clinton Anthony Jr.; her aunt Mary; and her granddaughter Kristin Bellamy (Hugh Van Fossen III). She is survived by: her husband Hugh Van Fossen III; and her daughters, Kathy Ford, Tonya Newbolt, Andrea Newbolt Billings (Steve Billings) and Kim Newbolt. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren, and three great-great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 23rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Crown Hill Funeral Home (700 W 38th St, Indianapolis, IN 46208). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, August 23rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
