He was predeceased by: his parents, James Harrell and Elsie Harrell; and his wife Norma "Joyce" Harrell. He is survived by: his children, Sherri Asbery (Randy), Traci Bowling (Marty) and James Harrell (Valerie); his grandchildren, Corey, Courtney, Cody, Erica, Brandon, Kaidence, Melissa and Bobby; and his sister Rheda Vandiver. He is also survived by six great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 28th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Floral Park (425 N Holt Rd, Indianapolis, IN 46222). A funeral service will be held on Friday, August 29th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
