He is survived by: his wife Yvette Carter (Holding) of Avon, Indiana; his children, Ross Carter (Connor) of Plainfield, Indiana, Morgan Campbell (Christian) of Avon, Indiana and Monica Childers (Dylan) of Avon, Indiana; his siblings, Robert Carter (Amy) of Monrovia, Indiana and Pamela Johnson (Greg) of Mooresville, Indiana; and his grandchildren, Raylee, Ella, Rowan, Colt, Adalynn and Rhodes.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 27th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Neal & Summers Funeral and Cremation Center (110 E Poston Rd, Martinsville, IN 46151). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, August 27th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
