He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin D. Duncan and Pauline Barbara Duncan (Baxter); his grandson Dustin; and his siblings, Peggy, Melvin and Kenneth.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra Ann Duncan (Komendo) of Greenwood; his children, Delbert Duncan Jr. (Cathy) of Indianapolis, Michael Duncan (Carla) of Greenwood and Debra Duncan of Greenwood; his grandchildren, Jared, Wendy, Alisha, Cory, Delbert III and Tyler; and his brother William Duncan (Vickie) of Indianapolis. He is also survived by several great grandchildren.
