With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Barbara L. Shepherd of Lafayette, Indiana, who passed away on August 21, 2025 at the age of 98. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Flint and Bernice Flint (Kirts) of Williamsport; her siblings, Mary Fix and Jack Flint; her husband Paul Shepherd; her son Bill Shepherd; and her son-in-law Mike Godby.
She is survived by: her daughters, Bonnie (Godby) and Haan (Fred) of Lafayette; her grandchildren, Angie Onorato of Battle Ground, William McNaughton (Andrea) of Indianapolis, Greg Shepherd of St. Paul, Anne Shepherd of Lafayette, Levi Shepherd of Lafayette, Stacey Longere (Stephen) of Lafayette, Bill Godby of West Lafayette and Lisa Peacock (Trevis) of West Lafayette; and also John.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 28th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Soller-Baker Funeral Homes & Crematory, West Lafayette Chapel (1184 Sagamore Pkwy W, West Lafayette, IN 47906).
