He was predeceased by: his parents, John Joe Church and Loretta Ann Church (Corson); his children, Jonathan Church and Ashley Imhausen Church; and his brother John Joe Church Jr..
He is survived by: his children, James L. Church and Amy I. Lee; and his sisters, Mildred Church, Mandy Harris, Mona Church, Elizabeth "Rosie" Pearson and Lou Ann Hawkins.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 4th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Fountain Square Cremation & Funeral Services (1420 Prospect St, Indianapolis, IN 46203). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, September 4th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
