We are sad to announce that on August 24, 2025, at the age of 91, Minnie Traugott (Indianapolis, Indiana) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Minnie shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Minnie farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her husband Edward A. Traugott; her son Edward Traugott; and her parents, George F. Granger and Flossie M. Granger (Dice). She is survived by: her daughter Tracey Traugott Hensel; her grandchildren, John E. Hensel (Kimberly) and Katherine Hensel; and her great grandchild Ellie Joan Hensel.
Viewing will be held on Friday, August 29th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Crown Hill Funeral Home (700 38th St, Indianapolis, IN 46208). A funeral service will be held on Friday, August 29th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made in Minnie's memory to Hollis Adams, a non-profit organization that for five decades has provided meaningful social, recreational, and community-based opportunities and events for individuals with developmental disabilities—an important cause close to this family's heart.
