He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Freeman Manners and Edna Manners (Treadway); his uncle Eddie; his aunt Nancy Treadway; his wife Shirley Manners; his children, Scott Manners, Angie Toole (Stacy) and Chris Manners (Diana); his stepchildren, Samantha Payne (Andrew) and Gary McQueen (Brittanie); his grandchildren, Scottie, Jordan, Marah, Gavin, Nathan, Grant, Keith, Liliana and Desmond; his great grandchildren, Annabelle, Gryphon and Brandon; his siblings, Carl Manners, Joyce Davis, Judy Wendel and Donna Wendel; and his friend Kenny Minor. He was also cherished by several nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, and uncles.
