She was predeceased by: her parents, Bob Payne and Dolores Payne (Lopez); her husband Jack Robbins, Jr.; her brothers, Bob Payne, Jeff Payne and Joe Payne; and her siblings' children, Kelli Payne, Kimbirlee Payne and Joseph Payne.
She is survived by: her children, Charles Schmitt, Christine Scott and Angela Sherrill (Jonathan); her grandchildren, Samantha, Michael, Cooper, Addison, Eva, Harper, Finley and Ruby; her siblings, Tom Custer (Linda), Mike Custer (Cindy), Charlie Custer (Robbie) and Bill Custer; and her aunt Lorraine Sturges.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, August 31st 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Washington Park North (2706 Kessler Blvd W Dr, Indianapolis, IN 46228). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, August 31st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. The military honors will be held on Sunday, August 31st 2025 at the Washington Park North Cemetery (2702 Kessler Blvd W Dr, Indianapolis, IN 46228).
