He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Clarence Mullinix and Dorothy Mildred Mullinix (Griffin); his son Joseph Mullinix; and his grandsons, Joseph Lee and Ryan.
He is survived by: his wife Terri; and his sons, Shane (Mary), John Wayne (Tina), James (Terri) and David Allen (Tammy). He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews; extended family; and friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 4th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Tabernacle of Faith (2830 S Holt Rd, Indianapolis, IN 46241). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, September 4th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location.
