He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Jack and Clare Cox. He is survived by: his parents, Jay Cox of Delphi and Pam Howey (Baumis) of Waynetown; his siblings, Troy McVey (Dina) of Bargersville, Eric McVey of Indianapolis, Brandon Howey (Shawna) of Williamsport, Austin Howey of Pine Village, Sommer Beard (Howey) of Lafayette and CoryAnn Patton (Alan) of Waynetown; his close friend Susan Stumpf of Waynetown; his daughter Harley; and his grandparents, Les, Carol Howey of West Point, Jeff and Lois Baumis of Lafayette. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 10th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Sanders Funeral Care (202 Bratton Rd, Waynetown, IN 47990). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, September 10th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be given to the funeral home to assist with funeral expenses.
