McIntosh, Jr. of Monticello, Kentucky, Richard McIntosh of Granite, Oklahoma, Mark McIntosh (Amy) of Newburgh, Indiana, Sheila Seiler (Tim) of Boonville, Indiana and Tracy Brakie (Chris) of Boonville, Indiana..
Visitation will be held on Monday, September 8th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, September 9th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Koehler Funeral Home (304 E Main St, Boonville, IN 47601). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, September 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, September 9th 2025 at the Greenwood Cemetery (27-119 S State St, Chandler, IN 47610).
