He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne Madison and Martha Madison; and his sister Charlene Coulter. He is survived by: his wife Kathryn Madison (Dillard); his brother Donald Madison; his children, William H. England III and Cassandra M. Hall; his grandchildren, Ricky Hall Jr. (Courtney) and Shelby N Hall (Quinn); and his great grandchild Braleigh E. Hall. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Viewing will be held on Friday, September 12th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Forest Lawn Funeral Home (1977 S State Rd 135, Greenwood, IN 46143). A funeral service will be held on Friday, September 12th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Heart Association.
