In the vast expanse of eternity, Elbert shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Elbert farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Monous Elliott and Antha Lou Elliott (Jackson); his wife Barbara Elliott; and his brother David Elliott. He is survived by: his children, Debbie Keyes (Steve), Tami McMillan (Dennon) and Dave Elliott (Krissie). He is also survived by eight grandchildren; and sixteen great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 12th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Randall & Roberts Funeral Center (1685 Westfield Rd, Noblesville, IN 46062). A funeral service will be held on Friday, September 12th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, September 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Highland Cemetery.
