He was predeceased by: his brother Mark Phillips (Yvonne). He is survived by: his wife Kathie Phillips; his grandchildren, Tyler Smallman (Sarah), Charolette and Lincoln Wernert; his great grandchild Dylan Sichting; and his siblings, Kay Morris and Scott Phillips.
