He is survived by: his wife Phyllis J. Collins; his sisters, Gennieve C. Allen and Janet C. Mullins; and his pet Teddy. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 17th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Washington Park East (10722 E Washington St, Indianapolis, IN 46229). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, September 17th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, September 17th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the same location.
