He is survived by: his daughter Amber Adam (Angela); his siblings, Larry Adam (Pat), Teena Adam, Diana O'Brian (Kevin), Vicki Sturgeon, Linda Chamberlain and Jeff Adam (Gina); and his grandchildren, Madelyn, Michael and Nolan. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; and a host of extended family members and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 19th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the G. H. Herrmann Madison Avenue Funeral Home and Cremation (5141 Madison Ave, Indianapolis, IN 46227). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, September 19th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the G. H. Herrmann Funeral and Cremation Center (5141 Madison Ave, Indianapolis, IN 46227).
